Processing Time

Tracking Your Order

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

• INCURSO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Address Errors & Order Changes

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours at incurso.contact@gmail.com. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, grip socks and shin guards cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Return Process

• Contact Us – Email incurso.contact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Receive Instructions – We’ll provide the return address and next steps.
• Ship the Item – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Processing – Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at incurso.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
